On Sunday, the Indian Army also ruled out any threat from China and said the situation along the Sino-Indian border in Ladakh sector was calm.

"The country and the army are watching the events in Pakistan closely but, there is no cause of concern, as what is happening there is not new, historically," said the general officer commanding-in-chief of army's northern command, Lt Gen KT Parnaik, on the sidelines of the Army Day function at Akhnoor, 35 km from Jammu.
Parnaik was addressing queries over fear of rise in infiltration and terror activities in India as a result of a possible coup by the Pakistan army. But, Parnaik said, since terrorists have always enjoyed the backing of the Pakistan army and its spy agency ISI, the present situation would make no difference. "They may get a bit of a fillip, but events will tell us," he added.
'No china threat'
Parnaik also sought to allay fears regarding China. Ruling out any threat from the Dragon, he said, "The situation remains calm (along the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh sector)".
LeT woman cadre
Parnaik raised the issue of Lashkar-e-Toiba reviving its women cadre in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. "According to our intelligence sources, the LeT is reviving its women cadre. They are being trained near Muzzaffarabad in PoK so that they could be infiltrated into this side."
The army commander, however, added these were unconfirmed reports.
