define your input not output

[color=#000000][font=arial]Actually, very simple, it is based on your date input. For example, in my source database, it is defined the date as varchar(20) , so the date look like this "06/12/2008". When you transform the date into DB2 format in parallel job in datastage, then I need to specific what is my input date format, for example, stringtodate(06/12/2008, "%dd/%mm/%yyyy"). Then when it reach DB2, it will be in DB2 default format as this "2008-12-06". Basically defined your input and not output. [/font][/color]
