Datastage lo oka kuppalu teppalugaa vunna flat files ni oka order lo run cheyyaali......???adhi etla apossible.........aa file name lo date vuntadhi.........okadaani taruvata okati run cheyyaali......normal gaa filename.20110102, filename.20110103 atlaa oka 500 files sachinayi...........normal gaa filename.* ani istey ishtam vunanttu order lo teesukuni......aah columns lo current updated dhi vundakundaa.......paata data vachi chastundhi........

one option is : exec cmd stage petti list all the files with comma delimited, pass that value to the job parameter and use it in seq stage file name.
