Please Share Your Experience Or Questions At Port Of Entry For Opt Ext

share you experience and questions at port of entry(I am asking as I had bad experience last time when i traveled on f1 asked to sit in for couple of hours in LA airport)
I dont want this to happen this time.so please share your tatics and experience.

Date and time:Feb 8,2011 8.30 am
crowd:moderate(all desis...emirates batch)

Immi officer:give your Passport
immi officer:r u returning if so which year of your masters?
me:i completed ms and im on my opt extension
gave i-20
he entered some data and took finger prints for both hands...thumbs separtely

.........and then i made my way to star bucks directly....!!!

Me: I was so em-brassed that how he knew that i am a student
immi officer:How much is my GPA
me:I answered my GPA and he replied aim for 4.0
he is so liberal and he didnt even asked my OPT card

Endorsed I-20;
Validity of Passport;
Appointment Letter stating they will support in VIsa process aft OPT Ext since my ext will be expired in Apr 2012;
OPT EAD card;
Finger Prints

My attorney adviced to carry 4 latest pay stubs, W2 form along. They dint even bothered abt it

houston is far better compared to other port of entries i guess

I came through houston on OCT 24th 2011..pretty much the same questions...may be nxt time also..I will choose houston only
