1 year already vachindhi kadha..so needhi H1 extension kindhaki vastundhi anukunta. You can apply anytime if thats the case

6months before ur H1 expires u can apply for extension anukunta .. nenu aithe alaane chesa.. 1st time naku 1 yr ye ochindi.. next time I got it for 3yrs
