H1 Stamping Help (Opt Related)

Naa friend okathanu India velthunnadu for H1 stamping. Full timer, so no big worries.

Kaani vaadiki 1 year nunchi H1 vunnadi. Anthaku mundu 2 years OPT meeda vunnadu. In that OPT he was without any job, just namesake oka consulting employer vunde vaadu, on bench annamaata. So no income, no W2 etc.

Ippudu india vellinappudu visa officer nee OPT meeda income edi antey em cheppali.??
His plan is to say he worked without pay, it was kind of training cum job anali anukuntunnaadu... Is that ok? Emaina better solutions vunnaya?

Join ayyi close to 1 year. Actual ga OPT meeda vunnapudu join ayyadu. After OPT H1 apply chesaru and got approved for 3 years.

2009 Jan to 2010 September = On OPT - No job
2010 Oct to Present - with job on H1B

so paystubs and other details anni ok..resume lo maatram 2009 to 2010 varaku consuling gaadi daggara in house project chesinattu pettukunnadu..

Agreed......mostly they would ask his recent 4 to 5 months pay checks.......

OPT you need to be under payroll.. you can do voluntary work

naaaku telisi light.. em kaadu but dont take my word..if he's working for a good company and opt to H-1 convert ayyadu gaa..hmmm and resume eppudu consulate lo suupinchakuudadu.. unless asked.. and they wont be asking that as well..

i was in the same situation when i went for the stamping to india this summer....

they asked for the paychecks from my current employer....
