Matter details entantey..
Nenu last 12 months nunchi oka employer thru work chesthunna for the same client. Ippudu client gaadu naaku Full time istha annadu.. Actually nenu join ayyinappudu nenu OPT meedha unde.. so ee employer gaadu naaku H1 chesadu n adi start ayyi 4 months avthundhi. Ante 8 months OPT medha unna and 4 months H1 meedha. So ippudu client naaku FT offer chesadu ani cheppa kada.. danni nenu accept chesa.. kakapothe maa current employer toh endhukocchina thalanoppi ani mundhu ga cheppa.. so that emanna notice period kavali ante iccheddam ani.. naa koduku.. ulfey gaadu.. one n half month salary block chesadu.. call chesthoo ne unna last one n half week nunchi.. no response...mails chesthoo ne unna .. kaneesam records kosam anna utnundhi kada ani.. daaniki kuda no response..
inka decide aipoya.. Dept of Labor ki complaint cheseddam ani.. pothey poyayi naa money.. naaa laaga vere vallu effect avvakudadhu kada .

Ante - nuvvu mee employer/vendor nunchi aa client ki poyinav... Aa employer neeku FT iste aa vendor and Employer ki bokka kada... So oka 6 months work cheyyoddu anu raasukuntaru...

Ee clause em leka pothe, go to dept of labor... Valla website la forms untayi fill cheyyadaniki... (And it can be anonymous... Or issue based... Anonymous ayite, employer company meeda Audit estaru... issue based ayite direct ga nee pay gurinchii adugutaru...)
