dont do that modhatike mosam ostundhi..... stamping ke cannada ela velthav when u immi status shows that u r in US aythe.....

more over H1 reject avutundhimoreo ver how it is possible to come back US when u r H1 Rejected... he said that u can come to Canada u can go with opt like this... dont play with Immigration dept...

as am Immigration specialist I saw lots of cases like this...who did earlier now suffering....

I doubt that.. stamping reject aithe inka neeku ye status undadhu.. US lo undi H1 reject aithe F1 ki vastaav.. stamping lo reject aithe raalevu back to status.

Guys , ur looking at it tottally wrong.. Let me make it clear.. If you have a valid OPT , u can travel to and fro to INDIA... but lets say if you have OPT and ur company files for ur H1 and ur start date is after ur OPT is complete, Still u can come back to states with out using ur H1 before OPT expires..... but Lets say if you want to go to h1 stamping,, Firs thing they will do is Cancel ur current visa which is f1, F1 VISA CANCELLED WITH OUT PREJUDICE ani type chestaru, even though ur .on OPT once u go out to embassy for a h1 stamping. Forget ur h1 stamping,, as soon as u handle the passport to Embassy... the first thing they will do is cancel ur current Visa.. .. then they will process the stamping for ur new visa stamping.. So lets say u get a query ,,they will process it and u have to wait in Canada... till the processing is over..c.

One option is you can go to Canada, make sure u take a multiple entry visitor visa.. Apply for h1 Stamping(This point u can't come back to states)... Wait till process is over get ur visa stamped go any where... lets say u got a 221g and its taking more than 1-2 weeks.. if you have the passport in hand (usually in 221g cases they will give ur passport back) u can take the passport go to India and wait till u recieve an email from Canada Embassy stating that ur process is done please drop ur passport.. at this stage since u have multiple visitor visa to canada u can come to canada and get visa stamped and enter USA) if they have the passport u can go to Consulate , ask them for ur passport back as u need to travel to India and let them send an email till the process is over... they will give ur passport but still process ur case ....

3rd option.. if canada is taking too long to process and ur in india and changed ur mind to go for stamping in india.. u can cancel the petition in canada and go to stamping in INDIA ....


My Advise .. if u have a valid OPT travel in OPT... if u OPT is Expiring in a month or so.. go for h1 stamping..... GOOD LUCK...
