If u r having some previous experience in real time with other technologies, thne try top start learning Oracle SOA suite.. weblogic/websphere : $ 55- 70 /hr .. depends on the client .. Admins were supposed to stay near the Data Centre annatu,, atleast in case of my weblogic,,. they exxpect us to be close to a aDatacentre even though we use a Virtual machine, ,kind of standards.. inka neeku experience uyndhi antey.. first asalu 3-layer architecture meeda kontha Reasearch cheyyi.. its like Web layer, application layer. Data layer annattu.. so neeku e filed wotrk out avutunda leda decide chesuko.. admin jobs lo availability and opika ekkuva undaali.. At some cases you need to stand up against ur boss for maintaing certain security things.. inka kind of interesting job.. but not sure how it looks from a BO prospective.. But if you are seriously thing of becoming an Admin.. ippudu unna market lo u need to show Admin for all kinds of middleware in this stream like Weblogic.apache.tomcat.webspere..inka everyone;s looking for some touch with SOA in the markjet now... a days..
