naadhi bhi same situation.. naa Passport and I20's lo name different and US ki vachina taruvaatha.. naa first name lo oka work leedhu.. ante my name consists of 3 words.. aithe first two words are the first name of myself with a space in between and last word is the last name .. aithe naa SSN lo 2nd word leepesaaru.. daani taruvaatha.. antha adhe follow ayyaru.. even now in my company.. the paychecks are generated based on my ssn.. aithe nee US lo unna details regarding your jaab.. okatee ayyi unte.. you should be fine..
