H1 Doubt Plz Help

India lo unna candidate ki H1 file cheyali ante it is my understanding that it is a two step process:


1. First employer will file H1 with USCIS in the US

2. second, if the petition is approved in the U.S then employer will inform the candidate to attend for an interview at a US consulate in India
