LOCATION: Carson City, Nevada
DURATION: 7+ months
Client: State of Nevada

Client is looking for someone who has worked independently using the .NET framework, has great experience with WCF, web services, functional requirements, technical requirements, and is very comfortable eliciting requirements from business users.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
The primary focus for the selected applicant will be .Net Web application development in 3-tier physically separated environment and T-SQL programming.

· Application Development using the following .Net frameworks with VB.NET:
· Application Development using the following Microsoft IDE’s:
· Must be expert with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
· Hosted as a Windows Service
· Must be very skilled using MS Visual Source Safe 2005.

· MS SQL 2000, 2005, 2008:
o Expert at developing stored procedures and writing MS SQL queries
o MS SQL Job Scheduler
o SSRS
o SSIS

· Expert in database design and implementation
· Expert in upgrading legacy applications to the latest technical development standards including the use of virtualization in all tiers
· Excellent written business and technical documentation skills
· Ability to function with little direction and minimum guidance
· Ability to reverse engineer and develop application based on business and technical requirements using existing agency standards
· Knowledge of development within a physically separated multi-tiered architecture using WCF Windows Services
· Highly skilled in securing .Net Web applications
· Must be extremely organized and provide thorough documentation
