About My Working Hours Payment

Hi,

I joined in one consultancy on my CPT and i worked for client almost 180 Hours( after 45 days) and i called to my employeer and asked for 1000$ he said no, I asked 500$ he said no, he said he cant give single dollar( tanaki estam leykuna ee project lo join ayyanu through my contact middle vendor tho naa old project vundey )....I left the office with any notice ( bcz i told the employeer i dont have money and cant surive then he said you can leave the project no problem to me)....Problem eanti antey main vendor ki 100hours money vachai.But he didnt pay to my consultancy guy.Even my consultancy people dont even ask him.Middle lo vunna two vendors are follow up him.Now i left the office.what are ways to get my paymen.even i ask my main vedor but he is not responding...But i contact client they paid till 100 hours.My employeer tho problem nduku vachindi antey ee didnt show me any job.last ki food kuda memu pettukunnam .i know i was wrong by joing in consultancy ....now i am on opt....

I am not trying to dishearten you, but With these many layers in b/w, and you left without notice. it is very difficult to claim from anyone.

Maa employeer serious ga tesukovat ledhu...adey problem ..I agree vadiki rakuntey naku vaddu mama...nenu adaganu..If he try or if he pressure that would make more impact..He may thinking his businees releation may spoil..kani vachina naku esthadu ani gurntee ledhu ga...i think they all to gether playing .Thats what i am thinking....

Murthy.com ki mail pettu. Work ki pay cheyyatledhu ani new employer plus all middle vendors info ivvu...née timesheets unte forward chey vaalaki...
They will initially send a note to all of them. If they don't respond a case will be registered against all companies... Usually matter settle chesestha ru...

They are all big players, vallatho fighting time waste.... to here about your loss, but take it as good learning experience. Inka OPT loney vunnav kada...so u are young, lots of time to earn more money... move one. ATB.

Actual working hours 220 Bhyya...i dint submitted last week time sheet.Clent call cheysadu .he was shocked to know that they didnt pay till now....
