Its not easy to get H1B Visa in general category with out Client Letter....

USCIS will accepts the petition with out CL... but Stamping lo rejection untundhi...RFE padutundhi....asking CL...provide cheyalekapothe case pending lo untundhi..next a visa apply chesina e case close ayyevaraku problems osthai...

better to talk with u r Attorney once again and take decision.... ATB..!!

As per USCIS rules... we have to produce CL with Petition.... but I don't have CL, is it possible to get H1 in general category

u can ask above question..... he will explain u...

CL is mandatory
Since you know the company you can get that letter

What i suggest is take 2Yr of CL
and apply for 2 Yr unlike 3 Yrs what others do

Then it will be very easy

But nee case lo product based company kanuka.CL not required I guess.
Kaani Product,funding,marketing & sales details etc chaala produce cheyyali anukunta.Then no issue.
