Also DO remember that you need to be on your Student Visa until the October 1st.. for your H1 visa to start being active..

So nuvvu emi chesina kaani , ippudu join ayye schoollo oka 2 sems minimum laaginchaali as per ur current situation H1 kaani reject ithey..

Reject ki chances confirm anukuntey.. kanisam nee OPT last date ki 3 weeks mundhey kotha school lo I-20 vachella SEVIS transfer plan chesuko...

meeku H1 b filing chesey company kaani.. Not-for-profit organisation ithey..

then you can get your H1 B visa any time and you don;t need to worry about school and all..
kaani regular, Masters quota lo H1 B antey.. via consultancies.. ithey..


Mee OPT April 20th kantey mundhu kaani ipothey maatram.. plan ur self now..

mee OPT Expire ayye lopu . meeru H1 B kaani filing chesi.. aa Recpt number .. mee univ lo ..
DSO ki provide chesthey.. based on the H! application RCPT number a new OPT CAP GAP I-20 will be generated..

This cab happeen only in between the period of April 15th to October 1st..

Your CAP-GAP will not be valid after October 1st and you don't get any cap Gap from october 1st to April 1st..

Dude ... nuvvu already MS finish chesi untey.. kotha school ki nee financia support docs and nee old school transcripts ishtey..
saripothadi depends on school to school and d course u r palnnign to take again..

Yedhi emina .. talk to the Designated School Officialonce about ur current situation and the problem to file a new H1 B.

If your old school Fee is not too high,, try to register for a new course in the same school and check if you can handle the job without pay checks and all..
