Mtr(Motion To Reopen) Help - Urgent

Na h1b reject ayindi and na employer MTR file chesadu with new evidence. Ninna naku kotta receipt number vachindi. Naku konni doubts unnay denigurinchi. Please evarikina vallaki kani valla friends ki kani, MTR experience unte please reply cheyandi.

1. Kotta receipt notice lo (I797C) ekkada na name mention chesi ledu, mundu vachina h1b receipt lo beneficiary ani na name undindi. E receipt format kuda different ga undi. Please idi normal e na evarina confirm cheyandi.

2. Ipudu dantlo status chuste, Initial review lo undi, we received this I290b notice of appeal to commissioner ani... Ipudu denitarvata next updates em vastay and MTR process ki time enta padutundi? Me iddariki enduku reject ayyindhi...MTR open chesthee approval rate depends on case by case . and how strong is your case anii..adhichepptam kastam..Usual ga 2-3 months padtundhii MTR ki..

Na project end date June undindi which is why they rejected. Now my contract extended till dec. Client daggara a letter teskuni mtr ki applied. Dono Wat happens now.

If you know anyone who faced the same situation please confirm about the receipt notice

I'm also on the same boat re appealed on 06/18/13 naku inka receipt raledu.Could someone here tell me after how many days you got the receipt?.

General MTR takes 2-12 months for processing as per the attorney suggestion.

Guys I would suggest safe side apply for an university n get i-20 instead of waiting for this.Don't really waste your time waiting for the result.

MTR success depends on the evidence you have provided.
My friend MTR was rejected within 2 weeks from the MTR receipt date.
Case 2 case it's different. Be positive. But transfer sevis if its in your grace period of 90days.

Bhayya. Just checked with my friend. He doesn't have his name on the receipt. Only petitioner name. (Attorney name) undi.

MTR Ki lottery ledu bhayya. Receipt Ki tension enti. Hang in there, give uscis to print and send you a receipt. Anywhere around 7-10 working days.

naku 1 week pattindi receipt ravadaniki after my MTR documents reached uscis.
