The film features Deepika Padukone as the leading lady and has been directed by Rohit Shetty. SRK has showed off his gaming skills besides challenging Rohit Shetty to compete with him in the game. Shah Rukh has also expressed that it’s very difficult to make a game from a movie. He adds that the Chennai Express game captures the theme with amazing graphics and keeps the gamer hooked to it. The gamer plays Rahul, SRKs name in the film undergoing a running adventure from Chennai to Rameshwaram where he undergoes many obstacles through his way. If the gamer manages to collect 10,000 coins, he gets to unlock a special Deepika Padukone avatar.
