Hello Friends,

I am travelling to India in May and have booked visa interview at Chennai consulate. I am working as a FTE for a small USA company (Size-12). I sit at my employer location and work on projects for clients. We have many clients and each project usually last in 2 months. The questions I have are

#1 - My employer is willing to get 2 client letters and each letter will say a duration of 2 months in general. Is that right thing to present those letters to VO during interview? My worry is that may pose negative impression that project is going to end very soon. Also it is very difficult for my employer to get many client letters.

#2 - I was reading in some other forums and found that a letter is needed from employer that says roles and responsibilities, plans for next 1yr. Do any of you have a template of that letter?

Appreciate all your help Friends.

Regards

pnc

Thank you but I am the first H1B employee for my company and my employer is not sure on what kind of letter format he should produce. Do any of us have some samples that will help?
