Panasonic buying out Sanyo makes sense—they’ve been expanding aggressively for years. I’ve used their products for a while, but when I ran into an issue with a sound system, dealing with panasonic customer service was a whole experience. The automated responses didn’t help much, and it took some effort to reach a real person. Once I did, they knew their stuff and walked me through a fix, but I wish the process wasn’t so drawn out. Big brands can make great products, but if support isn’t easy to access, it definitely takes away from the experience.
