appreciate ur suggestions....ikkada main thing entante.....CTS has projetc with client fro more than a year...I ahve rapport with manager more than a year....naaku personal reasons tho India lo more than 2 months vundalisi vastundi....so client max 2 months accept chestaadu with US pay....taruvatha even If I want to work I can work with same client but with indian package...so ila anni kalisochaay...nakemi CTS tho permanent ga vundamani leedu....malli US vachaaka jump kotedayame....
