With reference to a communication received from the client, we got to understand that you have not been reporting to work from August 6, 2014and you have made self decision to discontinue from your entrusted roles and responsibilities at client location M/s.  Synchronoss without providing any prior notice period to your employer as voluntarily acknowledged by you under clause no. 4 & 22 of your employment letter. This in turn has affected the daily business activities of our organization very badly.

In this regard, we hereby call upon you to justify your stand on or beforeSeptember 11, 2014.

Failure to adhere will force us to send your details to our Legal Department in order to take forward for related actions at your own cost & consequences thereon.
