You are entitled to your opinion bro, You cannot control USG rules/economy/vendor companies. Just be positive and go with flow. Billing reduced by the time we are in market and we are working for 40-50 in java learning all frameworks and tech. there are lot of OPT students itself now reducing the billing of every technology. Still we have not stopped working and somehow managing. Same will be the case when H4 EAD comes. You and i cant control if it will get passed or not  we can only try for job/proj.

Even mba commerce who are lucky enough with reservations are only able to make it to banking sector..

there are so many clauses that you need to follow that you have to opt to miss out one.. unless you are a full time employee with standard job and Green card or citizen..

 

for any immmigrant laws are tough to run normal life..
