Start with barbell if you are a beginner.

 

But to your question...Both are for different purpose....Barbell will give you upper chest pecks and Dumbbells are for lower pecks.

 

And dumbbells tho you can do lot of chest exercises. Dumbbells slow ga alavattu chesuko

You need to do both bhaiyya .... 

 

Barbell for wider frame and dumbells flys for mass ...

barbell tho okka sqat chayyali anna..core strength goram ga kavali..so pushups bests initial ga..!!

I agree with first point ..

Second point I don't agree atall...

There are variations you use with dumbell .. it isolates u r left arm from right arm so that you can build equal strength on both arms...

for chest anytime pushups best which will cover bi tri chest abs too, check in youtube for diff types of pushups, if you do like 100 everyday should do you good chest, good luck

meeku telvani vishayam enti antae...muscle imbalance cant be fixed unless u go thru a surgery..that too  neck  lo oka vertebrae set chayyali...!!

 

simple surgery antaru..entha varaku nijami telvadhu...!!

trainer deggariki pothae set ki 20 chayyamantadu vuncle..ala 10 reps antadu..if u really want a perfect body..!!

 

eliptical..inclined...forget it...juices kaaruthai...!!
