Dumbbell press chesthunappudu....Lower pecks primary muscle, arms secondary Muscle...


Nuvvu cheppindhi correct e, any dumbbell exercise is used to isolate both sides...But adhi ikkada point kadhu kadha

dumbells tho only dumbells press chyaavu kadamama...

45 degree inclined dumbells press for middle peck

Reverse inclined dumbells press lower peck

Flat dumbbell press for upper

the best out of best pushups. .. narrow grip and wide grip push ups are best..

wide grip okay kaani..close grip ki matram..bomma kanipisthadi..!!

last few days only body weight exercise ey doing mama... should explore all bodyweight exercise ...

for now ..i m trying to master..clap pullups and scorpion leg raise...!!
