ledu bhayya there are still some areas 120-150 km from Vijayawada where you can get better rates

endukante... ORR sanction ayyindhi... adhi complete ayye sariki land rates ippudu mangalagiri lo ela vunnayo ala vuntayi... the development will be high once ORR is completed in those areas... anni companies atu vaipe vasthayi..

my thought: oka small company ni Hyderabad chuttu pakkala pettali ante chala capital kavali...if you want to go beyond Hyd and set up in TG then resource constraints chala vunnayi

 

AP lo we can get this done with a fraction of the above cost + skill sets are very high along with availability of resources. only thing enti ante marketing ba chesukovali endukante new state kabatti

 

I think govt is aggressive in giving support to attract investments

 

actually its the other way round ..... I dont exactly know what costs u r talking about ...

 

hyderabad lo industry pettadam is way more easy than Vij at this point .... ippudu nuvvu vijayawada lo industry pettali antey akkada land konataaniki  or rent cheyyataaniki chukkalu kanipisthay akkada unna prices ki .... also , the availably of skilled and unskilled labour is way more in hyd than in AP ....

 

govt inka special status declare cheyyaledu kada oka vela declare chesthey appudu emanna attractive ga untadi emo kaani .. right now its not as colorful as u think

bhaiyya it doesnt work that way .... manam atlaa istam vachina chota industries pedithey , neeku labour dorakatam chaala kastam ... oka vela vachina vaadiki training ichav anuko ...vaadu training teeskuni  repu better area lo job vasthey vellipoyina nuvvu em cheyalev

- I am thinking 3-5 years in to future. VJA kakunda koncham Rjy-Kakinada zones chala better prices ki lands vastayi and koncham a surroundings lo support anni rakaluga kooda bane vundi

 

- akkade nenu limited infra - training, work cheyyataniki build chesi direct college passouts ni hire chesukunte...yes oka 1-2 yrs chesi baitaki jump kotte vallu vuntaru but ade flow lo every year passouts vastaru kooda...some of them prefer to stay close to home if they belong to same area for personal reasons

 

but ivanni ippudu nunche study chesi plan cheyyaka pote evado tannukupootadu manam all open chesukoni news lo chadavali adi na point
