first oil lo 2 onions fry chey...

 

adi mixer lo paste cheyi

 kobbari turumu dry one  fry it

 

light brown ga change ayyevarku

 

then mixer lo paste it with onions

 

andulo kasta allam velluli paste. pasupu, karam , uppu sarpada yesi grind it

 

then brinjals tisko, slit them madyalo e paste pettu

 

then oil lo ala brijnals anni veyi alage aa paste kuda

 

 

cook it …brinjals cook ayye varku

 

then andulo chintapandu rasam veyyi

 

cook it for 10 mins…then kottimira yesko
