I add celery, strawberries (intlo ee berries untee avi max)  and half banana with  1/4th cup milk  thats it

i use honey re

me too.. some times bellam.. honey is good for health.. and i mostly avoid banana..

 

instead i try melons etc..

 

avacado try cheyali.. it doesnt workout somehow :(
