How to tell my employer that currently I'm not interested in IT job for about 6 months, I will work outside in some stores ani.....any suggestions please..

It is illegal !

You can do..but on your risk
On H1B you are intended to do the specified work and at the location (as stated in the LCA)
If you are caught ,it will effect your immigration status !
