Bug lifecycle Sanity&Smoke How many environments what testing methodology(Waterfall/V-model/Agile) what all type of testing you have done(System, End-to-End, Regression). Be prepared for Scenario based questions mostly: (what have you done if developer not agreed to the BUG you raised?)...etc Read about quality centre. GOOD LUCK.
