LOL. Vijayawada is more close to another state than Vizag being close to another.

If I were CM, I would have selected Nuziveedu region for capital in that vij-guntur region. If its not possible in nuziveedu, I would have just ignored that entire  region and would have made either vizag/yerpedu-srikalahasti/nellore as capital.
