Difference is u will h4 ead option.. fte company will not start gc process for Another year and u will lose upto 2 years of h4 ead. Only benefit is u will save 450 dollars on paycheck for insurance. That's it man...

em undadu... if you want to retain your priority date, then you have to stay atleast sometime antaru (adi not by book rule though)... priority date lite antey jump kottadamey... no one knows about future issues at present point....
