Bhayyas,

Naku I-140 recent gaa approve ayindi. Client gadu FTE ki rammantunnadu, almost same pay vastundi FTE lo kuda. But GC process lo future lo emanna problems vasthayaa?

 

140 approve ayyaka wait cheyalaa? In case emanna problem  vasthe malle employer daggariki vachi 140 file cheste problems emanna vasthaya?

 

I want to go to full time, to get some peace. But GC lo kooda hasty decisions teesuko koodadu kada.

Wait until your I140 approve and then join FTE sothat you can always come back to your old employer if he still keeps it active. Update to premium to expedite process. Congrats & ATB.

Already 140 approved. But employer active gaa unchanu ani cheppadu. Company ki evo probs vasthayanta.

Difference is u will h4 ead option.. fte company will not start gc process for Another year and u will lose upto 2 years of h4 ead. Only benefit is u will save 450 dollars on paycheck for insurance. That's it man...
