avuna.. procedure cheppu.. maa dhagagra live goat cut chesi estharanta.. will try in oven 

 

simple daaling, get baby goat if you have, easy to cook,

first

spices (i prefer freshly grounded) + yoghurt (put more for 4 pounds meat I use atleast a pound)+ lime + turmeric + ginger garlic (freshly grounded) + chopped green chillies (chop them into two halves) + minced mint + minced coriander + red chilli powder + salt (add a lil bit more than whats required) + OIL/ghee/dalda (atleast each piece should get some oil on it) - leave it for marination for atleast 30 mins to 1 hr (do all of this in an aluminium tray and lay out )

take a big bowl to cook rice, add water as much as the bowl could hold, now add some spices to your rice, such as black cardamom, kaala jeera, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves etc, now add salt to water and taste it, it should be salty, now add one or two table spoons of oil - to prevent stickiness in between rice grains after they r done. - now keep the flame on high and cook them to almost 80-90%.

once rice gets completed, immediately drain the rice and pour the rice as layer on top of the tray with goat meat, after evenly spreading out the rice place some fried onions, mint leaves whole, food coloring / turmeric here n der, whole cashews/ mildly sauteed whole cashews in ghee/oil, and cover up the tray with aluminium foil as quick as possible so dat the vapor does not go out n now keep the tray in a pre-heated oven between 350-380, leave it there for atleast 2 hrs, open the tray n check for how much more it needs to be done, if required place it for an extra hour or so, once done serve it with raitha.

 

 it took me some decent amount of time for writing up dis recipe, now if you are not gonna try it im still gonna luv u  :police:

 

note: whole process lo mana pani hardly 30-40 mins untadi anthe.

ok cool, yeah lamb meat is fine, nenu ghee use cheyyanu olive oil use chesta, butter veste char aipoddi cuz antha high temp lo untadi kada not sure though, rice 3/4th cook ane cheptaaru but actually 90% is good when you have loads of water in it (ante rice drain cheyyagaane quick ga cover tray loki transfer chesi ventane seal cheseyyali so that no water is escaped out) basmati adds up to the taste if not sona is fine as well.
