This is a not a new idea, it has been a subject of immense discussion since at least 1000 years when the concept of 'defense' started in England during the early parts of 11th Century. People like them could have used their brains to serve the country better but unfortunately that never happen.
Hundreds of films came supporting both the prosecution view and defense concept.
But nothing is changed.
A barbaric law like Sharia Law is not a solution either. It says that if a raped woman goes to the court she has to bring evidences of three men who are other than those raped her. Otherwise, she will BE PUNISHED for illegal $-ex and her sexual organs will be mutiliated.
