H4 EAD is valid Only for Valid I-140.. Madyalo employer marithey EAD revoke cheyyaru.. but next time when you apply for EAD extension appudu ivvaru cuz your new employer might not have files 140 yet  (assuming old has revoked it).. Idi attorney radio lo cheppadu..this is a general question they get posed.. You can check murthy or any other Immig Attorney's forums..
