From nov 1,2015 kottha client but with same employer , so amendment apply should be on same starting date it seems.USCIS ki amendment Nov1 lopu post cheyyalanta kada. So client ni letter adige chance kuda ledhu becoz he don't know me morepver federal project asalke ivvaru letter , vendor ni adiga he might give letter. So how difficult is this amendment...easy gane ayiddhi antara ? how abut others ?anyone in same boat. its a new rule it seems. as per my situation or knowledge.... you need to file or get lca approved before you start the new job at new client location.... amendment can be filed with in one week you join... once you join, you can request your manager and if they say no have it in email and you take that screenshot and you submit your Id card, sharepoint lo your profile, etc. This should take care of your amendment process smoothly...
