So these 6 months bank statements are the statements that reflect your actual funds in your account at the end of every month end. If not for 6 months at least 3 months. Please do not reply saying "my friend carried only 1 month statement and there where no questions asked or I have funds to my account added last month and I think that should stand good etc" Well please make sure you make job of visa officer easy by passing him enough bank statements, that will save his time to validate your bank funds right away, instead of wasting his time to verify with bank.
