But aa policy teesku raavatam antha easy kaadhu. to convince people already working in that company - very important. I may do that next year, when I get out of finance.

These are not run of the mill ecom companies. Have you heard of Zoho? he hired exclusively only from colleges in TN hinterlands. You think its an unsuccessful company? The office environment is more important.
