Zoho is the pioneer in this. There are several others working in AI, who have this policy. 

 

if people openly start talking about this, rather than shouting (like people here do, and in real life too), there will be a case study on how including dalits, women, in your organization benefits it.

 

right now, no one wants to openly admit that they have such policies. Even Zoho doesn't admit, but since they are very popular, and have spawned atleast half a dozen startups (former Zoho employees), they are talked about.
