Any one paying spousal support to spouse after separation, before getting divorce?

 

If so whats the process and how long does it take to get spousal support after filing for support?

alimoney nakem vaddu…but still i live with my spouse…and looking to come out of house n stay independently …still am in job search…i do need support for a while

yup i hired attorney, she asked me to get out of the house n start living separately

Spousal support USA lo easy kadhu ...you have to submit proofs tat u cannot work ...even part time ...instead of periodical support ...one time alimony best and settle down the divorce as mutual consent ...it depends on state laws ...which state are you in ...

i am a masters student from PA, inka time padtundi job ki…and u know part times are not encouraged.Am not looking for alimony but support till i get employed.

What is the issue with your relation? Why can't you live with him? Are you serious don't make fool yourself for time pass?

 

Why can't you discuss with your parents?

 

Why can't you get support from your parents? How we can give right direction with disclosing your information?

yup, seperation dec 2014 nundi undi but we still live together ….inka tanatone unnanu ani i didn't file spousal support…so dec 2016 varku time undi..but thinking to sign papers by may n get rid of him
