I assume work is different and interview call is different,

As an Admin I'm used to working at flexible timings and i have worked under clients for 24/7 production support.

Also, I have taken the calls countless times at 3AM, 4AM, 5AM when I'm working for a client with just an SMS away.

When we are in a project every person in team will show commitment towards the client. I'm not talking about that.

 

But, How far you think it is a right way of calling a person at 4AM for an Interview. No Matter what situation he is in.

No Offense to desi's we work our A$$e$ off everyday.

 

But, How far it is good to take advantage, and treat contractors as Labors and do what ever they want.
