Artichoke dip cheyacchu. 

 

Buy a crockpot aka a slow cooker you can use that to make artichoke dips. I do them all the time

Depends on what kind of Sushi you ate. Beginners ki edante aa sushi tinakoodadu. I guide people into eating Sushi all the time, but of course for beginners there are only some kinds you should better start with. 

Avoid Nigiri if you are a beginner Sushi eater. Wasabi tinnava Sushi tho?

The list is incomplete though, some of the underrated healthy foods are: 

Kimchi

Seaweed

Egg yolks(yellow of the egg)

Dark Chocolate(darker the better)

Mushrooms

ledu man..yepdo jamana lo cruise lo tinnanu edo sushi , gurtu kuda ledu but its cold, nakemo vedi vedi ga undali

Egg yolk contains more HDL than LDL. Cholesterol consists of both High density lipoprotein(HDL) and low density lipoprotein(LDL). Egg yolks consist of good cholesterol aka HDL so they are a very healthy food to eat. Plus it has a lot of minerals including Chromium(for optimum eye health) and Zinc(sleep and metabolic regulation) etc. In short, egg yolk is a super good and it's good to consume a couple of them everyday. 

You can find prepared Kimchi in Asian supermarkets.
