You can change employer anytime if you feel he is not good. 1 day cheiyali and 1 paystub undhali anavi assumptions naku telisi. But its better if you wait till oct 1st to request transfer as technically your new h1b is not valid until oct 1st and in mean time some one ask to transfer employer bases on approved h1b means they are asking based on invalid h1b. so its best to wait till oct 1st. and same time you should not get prolong beyong oct 1st or else you have to prove you are in status and paid for those 2 or 3 days from previous employer. But thanaki job important Talk to new employer attorney and provide notice receipt details. They will file an amendment and make it as premium.
