Own consultancy starup with H4-ead to stop desi employers

nenu ayite avanu....nenu avanu ante inka 99.999% avaru......I took the most riskiest step 2 times....Joined as first h1 employee for consultancies twice....

alanti nene fearing h4 EAD firm ante....

Risk undhi. That's why we should start thinking how to overcome it. As I said before may be starting company on multiple h4-ead owners, so oka h4-ead bisket Ayina company will not dissolve. Using gc of close relatives by giving them Montly fixed price etc.

yes...it is one idea....but you have to come to terms, form a deal that works for both and most importantly make GC holder agree....it is also risk  for GC holder, if something happens to company....first one that will be effected is GC holder....h4 EAD can run away...but not GC holder, they are liable if any problems...

H4 EAD comes/depends with H1 validity period. So, Logically should end as soon as H1 layedoff. It's dependent EAD. Not independent EAD. Oneway or other way name itself telling it's depended.

H4 EAD Mida company open cheyatam valla temporary relief to few folks who are having tough time with employers but there are some risks..remember company will be dependent on primary H1b holder status. We will starting again a vicious cycle of new crop of  employers(good and bad)..ippatike rates padipotunnayi and these new employers will be our new layers..

Ee madya h1b Mida unna vallu kuda company open chesi prati consultant deggara 5-15 dollars per hour teesukuntunnaru...ilaa andaru companies open cheste rates peragavu  mana bathukulu merugu padavu..

Unna companies chaalu..full time option open ga pettukovatam manchidhi.employer evade manchodu kaadu....better research before you join employer...

we already knew this.....issue is it is dependent on H1....H1 can biscuit anytime....

you can start with 3-4 H4 EADs and at anytime, we can make sure other non problem H4 EAD one as main person. if you dont need this kind, go with someone who has GC.
