Though she was doing what most of the other heroines do, it was her bad luck that she was caught.

It is all history now and Swetha Basu is presently attempting to arrange a rebound into movies. She acted in a short film alongside Bollywood famous people and is in the news again for her love affairs. And she has not stopped at that.

As of late, she went to Bangalore and had a meeting with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to talk about the issues relating to advancement of arts. It was surprising that the chief minister gave her appointment despite his busy schedule.
