recent ga oka athani parichayam ayindu.. bench since 3 to 4 months....paatha company mid west lo pedda company daantlo 6 years chesindu...2012 varaku baane unde tarvaatha TCS, Wipro, Syntel, CTS competition meeda bid chesinai anta projects...TCS aithe mari daarunam vaadu $16 per head plus offshore lo oka resource free anta....next emaindi TCS got that project he got laid off,  atla ne WIPRO, Syntel started giving the same competitive price, ....all divisions got share for all desi companies..
