Dude , you got it wrong.  Don't you think a genuine experience guy with more than 5yrs experience gets 100k. TCS, infy ,HCL will change rules to pay 100k. They may be paying 60k those folks but it is a win win situation for them. 

 

They want to come to US with low salary and work for 1 or 2yrs then switch to good salary. 

it is the same way how a MS student put a fake experience of 8 yrs to get a job. 

my point is irrespective whether it is MS student or H1B uncle, 100k rule should implement in order to get quality.
