I agree a package is better than special status. lets give state govt a reminder that package's use should be transparent (beyond the current standards of the current govt for public transparency).

either athananna cheyyaali, lekuntey people ni anna cheyyanivvaali.

govts are the same everywhere. They won't allow people to join. :(
