yes you need to provide FULLTIME  jobs to 10 Vomericuns and need to show the same for 2 years.

 

for first 2 years you will be given conditional GC and after 2 years once you submit revelant documentation that your business is providing employment and creating new opportunites then conditions will be removed from your GC.
