ee 9 to 5 jobs mida chiraku 10enging appudu onsite lone kurcho vali antunaru ???

want to invest in gas stations and liquor stores avaraina vunte chepandi

long time ago I spoke to a lawyer in seattle area about EB5 for a friend..

I'm not sure if the rules are still the same but here's what i know .... konni  cities ki regional centers ani untay if u pay them 500k or 1 mill ( this amount depends on the city ) the'll take ur money and invest it into employment generation projects ( mainly housing projects ) ... u get a property worth ur money but it will not be in a high growth area ...

apart from this u have to show movable/immovable assets on ur name worth about 2-3 Mill ... U'll need an immigration lawyer to go through this process and that'll cost u an additional 50-60k ..

That is still the case.  USCIS approved regional center's vuntayi. So pick them if you are going this route. a good attorney would be able to suggest.

yes you need to provide FULLTIME  jobs to 10 Vomericuns and need to show the same for 2 years.

for first 2 years you will be given conditional GC and after 2 years once you submit revelant documentation that your business is providing employment and creating new opportunites then conditions will be removed from your GC.

+1

Any type of legal business can qualify for EB5 provided it creates 10 FT jobs..

regional center's through velte easy avutadi bro as they will invest in a project which has all uscis approvals and structure in place especially to prove your money is hiring 10 FT jobs

not saying we cant do it on our own, but its a lot more work and lawyer fees pain you have to go through.

Why worry about type of business when you can just invest and others do the business for you.

Two years ago, Ms. Zhao’s parents invested $500,000 in a hotel project on Bryant Park, knowing that their investment could be parlayed into green cards for the family. Three months ago, their paperwork came through and the Zhaos became permanent residents of the United States.
